Prices are monthly, in UF, plus VAT. The UF is Chile's inflation-indexed unit: clients in Chile are invoiced in UF only, at its peso value on the issue date. Labs outside Chile are invoiced in dollars. Several branches, or a larger volume? We will put together a plan for you.
The same across all three plans: 95 % guaranteed uptime and a reply to your support requests within 48 working hours. What changes between plans is the channel you write to us through and the guided support hours included, not how long we take. A system failure never eats into your hours: we resolve those internally.
No surprises afterwards: the monthly subscription and the implementation fee —from 2 UF— are set out in writing in the proposal. We do not charge for an extra user within the plan's limit, nor for updates, nor for the support of the plan you contracted. And if your lab grows, you move up whenever you want: no data is lost and the change is free.
