Sample intake or collection

Eight stages, each with who recorded it and when. The record is immutable: it is inserted, never edited or deleted.
Analysis
The analyst enters results on a screen built from your lab's groups, parameters and units. Out-of-range values are flagged on their own.
Report
A PDF on your letterhead, in your colours, with thresholds, highlighted results, the expert's observations and the signature of the responsible analyst. With the sample's full traceability included, if you prefer it that way.
Delivery
With the notifications module, the report goes out to your client by email with the PDF protected: automatic on issue, or manual whenever you decide. Without it, you download it and deliver it however you like.

Will it work for my type of lab?
Yes. The fields, parameters, units, thresholds and report templates are defined by your lab, not by us. No two installations are alike.
How long does it take to go live?
Eight working days is typical. The first two are for discovery. The next five are configuration: parameters, thresholds, report templates, users and roles. The last one is for testing, training the team and going into production.
How is the report protected when it reaches the client?
The PDF travels password-protected. The key is something your client already knows, so there is no separate channel to manage. If the encryption fails, the email does not go out: an unprotected report is never sent. Email delivery from the system comes with the notifications module, from the Professional plan onwards.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The subscription is monthly, and you can export your samples, orders, clients and reports to CSV whenever you want.
Does it work in English?
Yes, and not as a half-translated menu. Each client's language is set on their record: if it is English, the email and the report they receive are generated in English. Your team chooses the interface language separately.
What happens if I go over my plan's sample limit?
Your usage for the month is always visible on the dashboard, so you can see how much room is left before you reach the cap. If the plan falls short, you move up whenever you want, at no cost for the change.
